April tot oktober is het droge seizoen en de beste tijd. Juni, juli en augustus zijn het drukst maar ook het mooist. November tot maart is het regenseizoen met dagelijkse buien, maar ook de laagste prijzen.

Een scooter is het goedkoopst, maar niet ideaal met kleine kinderen. Go-Car via de Gojek-app is veiliger en betaalbaar. Voor dagtrips raden we een auto met chauffeur aan.
