Ja, Java is zeker kindvriendelijk. Yogyakarta en Solo zijn rustige, betaalbare basissen met veel cultuur voor kinderen. Borobudur en de vulkanen zijn indrukwekkend voor elke leeftijd. De steden kunnen druk zijn, maar buiten de grote centra is het rustig en groen.

Java surprised us. We came expecting chaos and heat, and found a country within a country: colonial cities, active volcanoes you can climb with older kids, and a food culture that made Bali feel familiar by comparison. We have been multiple times with our three kids and keep finding things we missed the first time.
